The delivery inside The Netherlands takes normally around 3-5 business days.

Sometimes it can take a bit longer for your order to arrive. Still didn't receive your order after 10 business days? Please contact us at Hallo@thepolarcompany.com and we will resend your package.
What is the difference between tracked and untracked orders?
Tracked orders can always be tracked, while untracked orders can’t be tracked once send from our warehouse. We can only give you an estimated delivery date, based on the average shipping time.

Can I use the products during pregnancy?
Yes, Polarwise is safe to use during pregnancy. Polarwise works only on the skin surface, so the baby can not be harmed during pregnancy, even when breastfeeding.
Does Polarwise stain in clothing?
If you use the product as directed, it will never stain your clothes. To be sure, wash the treated skin in the morning.
Can I use the product after shaving/trimming?
No, you can’t use the product directly after shaving. We recommend shaving at least 24 hours before to avoid irritation. In principle, trimming can do less harm because the risk of wounds is a lot smaller, but if you want to be 100% safe, we would also recommend sticking to at least 24 hours! Feel free to trim or shave again the day after application.
What to do if the product is not working for me?
If the product is not working for you, we will of course refund your money. Sometimes, your body needs a little time to adjust to Polar. Our pro tip? Give Polar a solid two weeks to work its magic. Apply it every night for the next week to see the results. Still not working, then we will refund your money as stated before!

The Konjac Sponges
How do I use the konjac sponges?
Dip the sponge in warm water.
Allow the sponge to absorb water until it is soft.
To thoroughly cleanse your skin, gently massage it with the sponge.
After usage, thoroughly rinse the sponge (for sanitary reasons). Then gently squeeze it.
Finally, hang the sponge to dry using the string.
Replace the sponge every 1 to 2 months.
