Does Polarwise stain in clothing?
If you use the product as directed, it will never stain your clothes. To be sure, wash the treated skin in the morning.
Can I use the product after shaving/trimming?
No, you can’t use the product directly after shaving. We recommend shaving at least 24 hours before to avoid irritation. In principle, trimming can do less harm because the risk of wounds is a lot smaller, but if you want to be 100% safe, we would also recommend sticking to at least 24 hours! Feel free to trim or shave again the day after application.
What to do if the product is not working for me?
If the product is not working for you, we will of course refund your money. Sometimes, your body needs a little time to adjust to Polar. Our pro tip? Give Polar a solid two weeks to work its magic.
